SAP S/4HANA Transformation

KSB SE & Co. KGaA is a leading global manufacturer of pumps, valves, and systems for industrial applications, headquartered in Germany and employing over 15,000 people.

As part of the overall program, UNITY provided structured and goal-oriented governance, covering both the Project Management Office and Transformation & Change Management. The UNITY team contributed its distinctive end-to-end process expertise, which was re-flected in the introduction of efficient project management processes and clear responsibilities. Thanks to the methodological strength and deep understanding of complex processes, best practices were established internationally and the successful implementation of the SAP S/4HANA transformation was significantly supported.

Key tasks included setting up and activating a global multiplier network and developing as well as designing and implementing a comprehensive enablement program. Change impact assessments,
continuous coaching, targeted communication and cultural measures accompanied the organization through the change.

Today, KSB benefits from optimized processes and a strengthened organization that actively shapes change.
