From concept to implementation: UNITY and AVL transform vehicle development
The management consultancy UNITY and the world's leading mobility technology company AVL are joining forces in a strategic cooperation. The aim is to consistently drive forward the digital transformation of automotive development – through a seamless development process from vision to implementation. The focus is on digital twins, virtual validation, automation and AI-based decision support.
Both companies bring complementary strengths to the table: With “Code the Car - Developing Cars like Software”, UNITY contributes a consulting approach that thinks and develops vehicles like software products. AVL contributes its broad technical implementation expertise in areas such as engineering services, advanced simulation technologies and test systems. Together, they create a consistent end-to-end offering (E2E) that helps OEMs to shorten development times, reduce physical testing and significantly accelerate time-to-market.
