OPPORTUNITY Facts for Experts and Decision Makers

We are currently being confronted by three recurring questions: Innovation managers want to know how to design digitalization successfully and how to integrate it into existing innovation mechanisms. While on the other hand, CIOs and digitalization managers want to know how to improve a company’s innovative strength. General managers and CEOs are generally concerned with how to optimally and profitably harmonize innovation and digitalization. Taking a closer look reveals that all of these questions essentially deal with the same issue, namely how to shape digital innovation.
