Package S
The future of your industry

We analyze how your industry and the related requirements will evolve.

Corporate strategy check

Together with you, we look at your basic corporate strategy, whether it is complete and what influence it will have on your factory of the future.

Impulse

We provide impulses on current trends in technology, digitalization and organization and give you a picture of the opportunities ahead.

Areas of action

Initial areas of action are identified and prioritized together in the workshop and a path to the future is outlined.

Package M
Use Cases

Together, we identify relevant use cases for engineering, production and supply chain based on your corporate strategy and future requirements and describe these in our 3+1 rule.

IT/OT Architecture Concept

The IT/OT requirements of the use cases are analyzed and located in an initial IT/OT architecture representation. This allows requirements for IT systems to be derived quickly afterwards.

Visualized Target Picture

The defined use cases and technologies are visualized in a concrete target image, which summarizes the results of the workshop in a way that everyone can understand.

Roadmap

Short-, medium- and long-term measures are derived on the basis of prioritized use cases and placed on a roadmap for further implementation.

This includes the contents of package S. The contents of packages M and L can be adapted as required.

Package L
New Work Organization

Concepts for flexible work time models, attractive workplace design and sustainable employee training to strengthen the human factor in your system.

Business Cases

We work with you to develop initial business cases to evaluate the costs and benefits of the use case packages and plan the necessary resources and budgets with you.

Gamification

From our wide range of learning content, we select formats in which participants can directly experience the impact of selected use cases in a fun way.

Sustainability

The influence of the selected use cases on the topic of sustainability is evaluated, compared with your current activities and necessary measures are transferred to the roadmap.

This includes the contents of package S. The contents of packages M and L can be adapted as required.
