Are you about to finish school and want to start your working life straight away? Whether commercial, IT or in the design sector - with an apprenticeship at UNITY you not only lay the foundation for your future, but can also shape it according to your own ideas.

Right from the start, we place great importance on providing our employees with sound and comprehensive training. This is why we focus on closely integrating theoretical knowledge from vocational school with practical content. Together, we focus on innovative learning concepts and environments. You will learn using contemporary methods, with modern equipment and develop numerous skills that will help you later in your career, e.g. teamwork, independence, commitment and problem-solving skills. We support your individual development through the targeted use of training, courses and team events to supplement your training. In addition, your supervisors, our employees from the departments and the HR department will be on hand to support you with their expertise at all times. You will be trained in our internal departments. For example, you will work as a Media Designer* in the Marketing & Communications department or as an IT Specialist* in the ICT department. As an Industrial Clerk*, you will work in our business departments.

Your traineeship will last a total of three years. However, if you perform well or very well at school and in the company, you can shorten the traineeship by six months.

Industrial Clerk*

During your training as an industrial clerk*, you will work in different areas of the company and be fully integrated into the respective business processes. You will take on initial responsibility and can also play an active role in shaping your training. You will be part of a young, dynamic and highly motivated team that supports and implements the company's goals with a lot of fun and commitment.
IT Specialist*

Is your life full of bits and bytes? Are you an IT pro at home? Are you no stranger to Leetspeak or C#? Do you want to develop your own programs? During your training as an IT Specialist*, you will create and implement complex systems in the hardware and software area of ICT. You will be involved in project planning and implementation. As a trainee IT specialist* at UNITY, you will be part of a highly motivated team and will be involved in projects to introduce the latest technologies from day one of your training.
Media Designer*

Do you have a talent for design and creativity? During your training as a Media Designer* for Digital and Print with us, you will be able to fully utilize and develop these skills right from the start. During your training, you will learn and perfect the use of all programs to create print and non-print products - from the first idea drafts to the design concept and customer consultation to computer-aided realization. This includes brochures, flyers, posters, advertisements for newspapers and magazines and other printed matter as well as digital photography, web design and HTML.
Assistant* for Office Management*

Do you start the day perfectly organized? Do you find it easy to keep on top of things? Do you want to experience the full range of business activities in a company? During your training as an office management assistant, you will get to know the areas of administrative support, administration, marketing and sales and will be fully integrated into the respective business processes. You will take on initial responsibilities and can also play an active role in shaping your training. You will be part of a young, dynamic and highly motivated team that supports and implements the company's goals with a lot of fun and commitment.
Event Manager*

Do you start the day perfectly organized? Do you find it easy to stay on top of things? Then apply for a job with us as an Event Manager*. You will support the preparation, implementation and follow-up of events for customers and employees, congresses, conferences, (online) seminars and team events. This includes, among others: Searching for locations and organizing the on-site execution of the event, communicating with participants, coordinating with service providers, planning materials and technical equipment, setting up, executing and taking down on site, creating structured presentations, working with action plans and many other exciting tasks. You will also create and publish social media posts on various channels and websites for events. You will be part of a motivated team and learn very good organization and time management skills.

Dual study program – theory or practice? Both!

Business administration studies at Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences

During the practice-integrated Business Administration program, you will study at Bielefeld University for 13 weeks and then work actively on business administration tasks and projects at our company. You will put your knowledge directly into practice and can choose your own focus areas during the course of your studies—including a practical bachelor's thesis in the seventh semester.

You can apply the knowledge you gain during your studies directly in our various departments (e.g., marketing, HR, financial accounting, management assistance).

A dual study program in Business Informatics at UNITY combines theory and practice from day one and promotes both personal and professional development. During the lecture period at DHBW Stuttgart, you will acquire theoretical knowledge in small groups of around 30 students and benefit from direct exchange with professors and lecturers. During the lecture-free periods, you will gain practical experience in various areas of the company at UNITY and put your knowledge into practice. Theory and practical phases alternate every three months.

The application process

1. Your application

Submit your complete application documents (cover letter, CV, internship certificates, last two school report cards) online via our job portal. Once we have received your application, we will send you a confirmation of its receipt as soon as possible.

2.Recruitment test and initial interview

If we are impressed by your application, we will invite you to a recruitment test followed by an interview. The test lasts between 1.5 and 2 hours, depending on the occupation. The test will test your mathematical understanding and language skills. You will also be asked job-specific questions.

3. Second interview

If we are impressed by your test results and the first interview, we will invite you to a second interview. It is important to us that we both have another opportunity to get to know each other better and clarify any unanswered questions.

4. Contract signing

If the second interview is also successful, you will receive an offer from us. If you too can imagine starting your career with us, then send the signed training contract back to us. Now nothing stands in the way of your training for your dream job!
