Your Tasks

  • You advise our national and international industry customers, both groups and SMEs, along the entire value chain
  • You help to implement exciting projects covering logistics management, launch management, lean production, and the planning and design of production systems
  • You analyse our customers' business processes, identify potential for improvement taking cost and benefit aspects into account, and help to shape future process organisation
  • In addition to concept work, you actively help to shape implementation within the customer's organisation and ensure changes
  • You work towards common success within a project team

Your Profile

  • A degree as a mechanical or industrial engineer, information management, business economist or similar degree
  • 8-9 years practical experiences in related projects
  • Knowledge of lean management and production methods or knowledge of the digital factory and factory planning
  • Know-how in production, logistics and manufacturing planning
  • Knowledge of material flow simulation, layout planning, virtual reality or MES are beneficial
  • Six Sigma experience/ qualifications are beneficial
  • Ability to work confidently with different levels of the hierarchy (shop floor und management) 
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of German is preferable
  • Excellent result-oriented problem solving skills 
  • Good team spirit, self-motivation, and cross-cultural capabilities 
  • Strong communication skills and professional presentation skills 
  • Willingness to travel and to work at client sites
