Senior Consultant (m/f) Agile Project

Location: Beijing

Your Tasks

  • Advise our domestic and international industrial clients, consisting of both corporations and SMEs
  • Alignment with stakeholders including management level
  • Create strategies & documents for stakeholder communication
  • Define collaboration model
  • Document as-is system and service landscape
  • Define workflows
  • Visualize integration scenarios and derive decision papers
  • Create management presentation
  • Tracking and reporting to management
  • Refine agile working model and collaboration with vendor
  • Prepare and moderate meetings & workshops
  • Design communication flows (DevOps etc)
  • Design process and procedures

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in information management, computer science, or other technical or business field
  • Excellent knowledge of IT project management (including Agile (e.g. Scrum) and DevOps)
  • Very good knowledge of the business processes in your respective industry and of the system field
  • Advanced knowledge of at least one established ERP system (SAP, MS Dynamics, etc.) or PDM system (Teamcenter, Windchill, SAP PLM, etc.)
  • Team player, leadership skills, and interpersonal communication skills 
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of German is preferable
  • Excellent result-oriented problem solving skills 
  • Good team spirit, self-motivation, and cross-cultural capabilities 
  • Strong communication skills and professional presentation skills 
  • Willingness to travel and to work at client sites
